Two round blue sapphires stand as sentinels at each side of a gold swing, and a reticulated textured sterling silver fan flashes greens and purples, completing the entourage. This very one-of-a-kind piece is a pin, a pendant, and a slide for omegas. The 14ky slide bail has 7mm clearance.
